Dr. Nicole Archard, Principal of Loreto Kirribilli, is recognised as one of the most outstanding Principals in Australia. Dr. Archard is a specialist in girls’ education and recently oversaw the successful implementation of a whole-school strategic transformation at Loreto Kirribilli that has strengthened both academic outcomes and student formation. Beyond the school, Dr. Archard contributes to system-wide professional learning through her work with the International Coalition of Girls’ Schools (ICGS) Australasia Regional Advisory Council and as Co-Chair of the Loreto Principals’ Committee across Australia. She participates in international collaboration and leadership formation through ICGS initiatives including Leading for the Future Female Leadership (for students) and Leading with Purpose (for educators), bringing contemporary insight back to her school community.
