By strategically applying the CLARITY 14 parameters and the NSW Department of Education’s School Excellence Framework, she has fostered a culture of continuous improvement in teaching and learning. Her emphasis on explicit instruction and evidence-based practices has led to remarkable results. In 2024, Windang’s Year 3 students exceeded national averages in all NAPLAN categories, and Year 5 students performed above the national average in numeracy.
