St Hilda’s Anglican School for Girls educates students from Junior Kindergarten to Year 12 across three campuses. With its rich 125-year legacy in academic excellence, the School saw an opportunity to take a courageous approach to its strategic future.
St Hilda’s Reimagined was launched in 2021 and was a transformational shift designed to future proof the school.
More than a blue-print for teaching and learning, St Hilda’s Reimagined is fundamentally a cultural mind shift – reimagining traditional education and learning through a modern and innovative lens.
Behind the strategy was months of research, consultation and design workshops that led to a new vision, purpose and values, supported by five strategic pillars. St Hilda’s Reimagined has been embraced by all and continues to guide and direct the School’s Council, Executive, staff, students and community.
