Andrea is an Employee Learning and Development professional with two years of experience who is passionate about using her skills to implement innovative and pioneering HR initiatives to drive a culture of professional development. Her strengths lay in people and relationship management, critical thinking and delivering behaviour change projects with an innovative twist. She has been responsible for introducing compliance learning tailored to our significantly diverse employee base of over 12,000 and using her skills to create engagement for and roll out of 'Altogether Autism & Neurodiversity awareness programme at The Warehouse Group. Before she was appointed to Kardinia, Catherine was Deputy Head for six years at Woodcroft College in Adelaide and for five years prior, she assumed the role of Dean of Students at Greenfield Community School in Dubai. Her other appointments include positions at Emmaus Catholic College and MLC Burwood, both in Sydney.

The main 52-acre campus is in Bell Post Hill, in Geelong with two additional campuses: Kardinia Grove, their 30-acre Year 5 farm campus in Moorabool and Sum Pun, their six-acre Year 9 campus in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
Established in 1996, Kardinia International College is a relatively young school that has developed an outstanding reputation in the local and international education communities for providing a unique schooling experience, developing the whole student, based on the living motto of the College, ‘wisdom leads to respect and friendship’.
The College is renowned for its vertical curriculum in the Senior School where every student has an individual timetable, tailored to each student’s ability, strengths and needs. Mr Green started at Haileybury in 2004 as a Literacy and Junior School Coordinator, having previously taught and led curriculum development in the Department of Education. In 2006, he was appointed Head of Junior School (Newlands). In this role, Mr Green led the Junior School through the implementation and continued development of Haileybury’s highly-renowned Explicit Teaching Model. In 2018, Mr Green was appointed Director of Teaching and Learning (Junior School), driving collaboration, teaching and learning coaching and professional learning in Junior School across all campuses. In 2020, Mr Green took up the position of Deputy Principal (Junior School).
